Online payments go through Razorpay, one of India's leading payment gateways, and every payment is recorded in your society's accounts with its receipt.

Is SocietyEase really free? add
Yes. There is no setup fee and no monthly or yearly subscription, for any number of flats. We earn from the optional Grocer marketplace inside the resident app, and your society earns a share of it.
Who can register our society? add
The secretary, chairman, treasurer or any managing committee member. You register with your mobile number and an OTP, and you become the society's first admin. You can add other committee members as admins later.
We already have our flats and members in Excel. Do we have to type everything again? add
No. Send us the sheet and our team imports your wings, flats, owners and tenants for you, then helps you set up maintenance charges and the first bills.
How do residents pay maintenance? add
Residents pay from the app by UPI, cards or net banking through Razorpay. The payment is recorded in the society's accounts and a receipt is created automatically. Cash and cheque payments can be recorded by the admin too.
Can other societies see our data? add
No. Every society's data is kept separate, and each person sees only what their role allows - a resident sees their own flat's bills, the committee sees the society's accounts.
Do residents and guards need a smartphone? add
Residents use the SocietyEase app on Android or iPhone. The security guard uses the SocietyEase security app on the gate phone. The committee can work from the web panel on any computer, or from the app.
